SongIntent does not publish your project or expose it as a public song page. In the current no-account beta, a project identifier stored in your browser links that browser to its private project record.

SongIntent stores enough to keep your project usable. Control that exists
inside the Studio.
No SongIntent training by default
SongIntent does not use project lyrics or recordings to train SongIntent models without a separate, explicit opt-in. There is no bundled consent hidden inside a lyric-generation button.
Meta Pixel disclosure
SongIntent uses the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and optimization. Page URLs and standard browser or device data may be sent to Meta, but we do not intentionally include your lyrics, uploaded audio, song briefs or Studio project content in Pixel events.
Account email is not marketing consent
SongIntent stores emails used for accounts, plan access, billing and support as operational customer records. Product marketing is a separate, optional choice; an account or payment does not automatically opt you in.
Quality review is a separate choice
When you explicitly save a private quality review, SongIntent stores numeric ratings and technical fit diagnostics. The evaluation submission excludes lyric text and audio.
Portable exports
Studio can export plain lyrics, LRC, SRT, DAW marker CSV and a JSON project package containing lyrics, timing, anchors, controls and authorship history.
Project deletion
The Studio Data panel can permanently remove the current project, its versions, stored AI generations, quality metrics and private uploaded or recorded audio.

The inputs needed for the request.
Lyric generation and audio transcription are processed through the OpenAI API. SongIntent sends the relevant project constraints or audio for the action you requested and sets supported generation requests to store: false. This does not eliminate the provider’s limited operational processing obligations.
Meta Pixel is active.
SongIntent uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and improve advertising. A page-view event can send the page URL and standard browser or device data to Meta. We do not intentionally send your lyrics, uploaded audio, song briefs or Studio project content through the Pixel. Meta processes the data it receives under its own terms and privacy policies.
Operational records stay distinct.
When you sign in, receive plan access or subscribe, SongIntent stores your email with account, entitlement, usage and billing-status records. Authorized administrators can review and export these records for operating the service. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in, and an exported customer email is not treated as marketing permission.
Upload only what you can use.
Do not upload another person’s confidential material, voice recording or copyrighted beat unless you have authority to use it. SongIntent does not perform ownership, originality, sample-clearance or legal-rights verification.
